Our friendly terms make things even easier. At 1-4 Group, we don’t have minimum order requirements. We don’t have setup fees. You pay only for the fulfillment services you actually utilize, and you pay for them as you go, with no long-term contracts.

Pick & Pack

We have the bandwidth to fulfill 1 to 10,000 orders each day. We don’t believe in charging for unused services, so with 1-4 Group you’ll only pay for what you use. If you only ship 1 product that month, you’ll only pay a pick and pack fee for 1 product. It’s that simple.

This gives you complete control over your shipping costs and peace of mind that your products will always be delivered on time.

Returns Management

Returns and exchanges happen with varying frequency depending upon the nature of your business. To keep customer satisfaction high, you need to be able to manage returns efficiently and hassle-free. That’s where our fulfillment process comes in handy. We’ve developed multiple procedures for managing returns to ensure that they’re neither time consuming nor costly, but they’re also always satisfactory to you and your customers. We can handle multiple categories of product returns including exchanges for different sizes, colors, quality control, product testing, product assessment, and sorting.
